COMPANY TERMS OF SERVICE / COPYRIGHT INFORMATION I hereby release and forever discharge the BH Art Fair, and all sponsoring organizations, their directors, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage that arises out of or in conjunction with my participation in the fair. The fair will not be responsible for any injury sustained by exhibitors or in space designated for exhibitors. Furthermore, I understand that I store my goods at my own risk. By purchasing a booth space on www.brianheadartfair.com, I acknowledge having received and read this and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the BH Art Fair.
SITE FEE received on or before June 15 will be $150 for a single 12×12 Booth, $250 for 12×24 Double Booth. Late $25
To avoid paying a late site fee, payment and application must be RECEIVED by JUNE 15. Applications received on June 16 or later will be charged a late site fee. Site Fees are non refundable.
Brian Head Art Fair asks all artist to bring their own set up canopy with walls and hold down weight, set up and work in a prudent manner. Brian Head Art Fair is not liable for injuries, incidents or weather conditions. Brian Head Art Fair reserves the right to determine suitability of subject manner.
